Check nol Balance and Transactions
See your nol card balance and last trips and top-ups. A minimum balance of 7.50 dirhams is needed to check in on Metro and bus.
nol Refund or Failed Top-up Claim
If a top-up was charged by your bank but not added to the card, Amira logs a claim with the transaction details. Verified claims are credited to the card within three working days; the bank may also reverse the charge.
Lost & Found
Lost something on the Metro, Tram, bus, taxi or abra? Report it in your own language with the line, station, time and a description — a photo helps. You get a case reference and an update when the item is found.
